Hi, I have never made a web page before, I haven't got a clue how to do it but i'm going to give it a try, so here goes.
My name is Shirley and i was born and raised in Victoria B.C. 64 years ago this coming August.
I quit school when i was 15 because of illness. I did babysitting jobs until i was 19 yrs. old when my doctor told me i was well enough to find other employment if i wished to. So i got a job at the Royal Jubblee Hospital in Victoria doing dishes and setting up food trays for the patients. I worked there from 1957 to 1959.
I got married in 1959 and had 2 daughters and a son.
We moved to Naniamo B.C. in 1970.
My husband and i separated in 1977 and devorced in 1980. I then moved to Burnaby B.C. where i met Peter in 1982 and we were married in 1983. We are now both retired and living in Beautiful Kelowna B.C.
